As a Product Designer II, I've led key initiatives enhancing the user experience across the Duo Mobile application and optimizing the administrator platform, including the launch of Proximity Verification, Android Wear, and HOTP to TOTP Migration Settings. My role involves driving projects from concept to launch through comprehensive user research and cross-functional collaboration.

At Supermove, I conducted extensive user research, including on-site client visits, to inform the design of innovative solutions. I was responsible for designing creative solutions for a complex billing engine and establishing core design patterns for the product library, while maintaining a fast-paced environment.
As a Product Designer at Luma Health, I focused on enhancing the overall patient healthcare experience, notably by designing and launching Luma Health's first patient-facing chatbot for multiple platforms. I led design initiatives for patient communications, refining core design patterns and revamping appointment reminder experiences.
As a UX/UI Designer, I was responsible for designing and maintaining the company's brand, including product style guides, icon libraries, mock-ups, and wireframes. I created high-fidelity prototypes to effectively communicate designs to stakeholders and supported business development by generating client revenue through these prototypes.
My role as a QTC Operations Associate at Endpoint Clinical involved managing the full lifecycle of controlled documents, from review and approval to training and compliance. I also enforced client system monitoring reviews, conducted controlled documentation reviews, and prepared documents for client and vendor audits

At Uber, I served as a Legal Assistant I-II on the Employment Team, where I managed unemployment claims across the entire U.S., ensuring eligible claimants received benefits promptly. My responsibilities included determining eligibility and entitlement, reporting on claims trends, and compiling highly confidential driver partner and employee profiles for various legal processes, audits, and internal investigations.

In my capacity as HR & Planning Coordinator, I supported mobile device development by managing a large inventory of test devices and flagship models, including tracking product defects prior to launch. I also facilitated cross-functional coordination for various lab activities and provided executive-level reporting on upcoming mobile devices and in-house operations

As an intern for the Head of Business Development, I supported customer outreach initiatives and gathered user data through direct calls. My responsibilities also included managing client accounts within Salesforce, contributing to the team's sales and data management efforts.
