Cisco / Duo Security
Currently a Product Designer II on Cisco's Multi-Factor Authentication platform—Duo Security. My responsibilities encompass enhancing the user experience in the Duo Mobile application and optimizing Duo's administrator platform. I've led key initiatives such as Proximity Verification, Android Wear, and HOTP to TOTP Migration Settings.
Supermove
Joined Supermove as a Product Designer I, with the goal of contributing to the development of their moving company software. My work focused on digitizing and automating operations within the traditional moving industry.

Joined Luma Health as a Product Designer, focused on enhancing the overall patient healthcare experience. My responsibilities included improving the Reminders and Patient Communications (RPC) section of the product, where I led the design of LumaBot, the first patient-facing chatbot.

Joined as Endpoint's first in-house UI/UX designer, where my responsibilities encompassed the redesign of Endpoint's primary product, the creation of new features, and the establishment of Endpoint's design foundation.
